• Spring bar with simple and intuitive adjustment via a lever, allowing the carriage to slide to the desired position, with two resistance options (neutral and preloaded) to customize intensity; its shifting system moves the carriage closer to or further from the footbar while always maintaining balanced tension, and its 5 positions ensure optimal adaptation so that each user finds their ideal setting with total comfort.
